Our "Top Selection" caviar comes from a hybrid of the species Huso Dauricus and Acipenser Schrenckii. Sturgeons raised in captivity, but initially bred in deep natural lakes in China, produce semi-wild caviar.
As they have the space to move freely, they burn off their excess fat and produce caviar with firm grains selected under the watchful eye of Iranian experts, specially sent there for their expertise.
The Schrenckii species can be considered a great success, the result of more than 15 years of research and development.
The Dauricus (also known as the Kaluga) comes from a branch that can be called more majestic, since it is related to the large Beluga.
A protected natural environment with sophisticated breeding techniques has given rise to the hybrid of these two species, which gives us a subtle caviar, with a texture, color and flavor comparable to the prestigious Beluga.
The final preparation of this caviar is done by our Iranian expert with 30 years of experience in the field.
